Dranetz HDPQ Xplorer
DCT’s Set up includes Flex CTs capable of reading up to 6000amps. Applicable uses are, Power Quality surveys and diagnostics, Power surveys, Motor testing & diagnosis (such as vibration), Fault recording, Transient recording, Inrush testing for transformers, motors, etc., Energy management & load surveys, Data logging, Harmonic analysis, Advanced load distortion and imbalance, Alternative energy production – Solar, Wind – Panel strings, batteries, inverters, grid interconnect, forward & reverse energy, Compliance testing, Flicker testing, Capacitor testing, Brown outs, over voltage, burning up of equipment & Motors, electrical noise issues, service issues, tripping/overloading switchgear and damage to sensitive components.
SKF TKED 1
The SKF Electrical Discharge Detector Pen (EDD Pen) is a simple to use hand-held instrument for detecting electrical discharges in electric motor bearings. With this tool DCT is able to help customers properly identify the presence of discharge voltages as opposed to identify only once a failure has taken place. Electrical discharges are a result of motor shaft voltages discharging to earth through the bearing, causing electrical erosion, lubricant degradation and ultimately bearing failure. DCT now has one of these tools on every service truck.
FLIR IM75
The FLIR IM75 is both a premier handheld insulation tester and advanced multifunction digital multimeter for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance professionals. Insulation tests can be performed instantly, continuously, and over a timed duration for in-depth assessment. The meter features METERLiNK® to embed electrical measurements into thermal images captured by FLIR infrared cameras, and Bluetooth® to view real-time readings remotely. This tool is typically used to test motors to make sure that there are no shorts in the motor connections.
TECOM Pro-3200
The Pro-3200 interactively integrates measurement, analysis, and diagnosis all in one device. The Pro-3200 is a next generation vibration measurement instrument for rotating equipment with anti-friction bearings. The IoT gateway serves as a secure private cloud for Real Time Monitoring, Interactive Data Collection, Diagnostic Analysis and Reporting. The vibration sensors can be easily located in the correct ISO-10816 positions for data collection on rotating machines to perform an analysis of live data in real time. This device can be used on any rotating equipment like motors, pumps, air compressors or gear reducers.
Flir E60
The FLIR E60 is a high-resolution thermal camera designed for building diagnostic and industrial inspection applications where reports are frequently required. Observing temperature can help locate electrical problems like loose connections, faulty wiring, and failing circuits. High resolution 320 x 240 thermal imaging which meets the RESNET Resolution Standard gives you some of the sharpest thermal images possible. With FLIR MSX, these images are blended with visible light highlights, making them extremely detailed and easy to interpret.
